Refund Policy

Your purchase of My Spy software is regulated by this policy. Please read it carefully before completing your order as it delineates your rights with regard to your purchases, including essential restrictions and exclusions. By placing an order you agree that your order is governed by this policy.

You must jailbreak the iPhone you want to monitor before installing this application. It is impossible to download or install My Spy if you can't jailbreak the target iPhone. To get the instructions on jailbreaking please go here. Please note that My Spy doesn't support Windows mobile devices.


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of My Spy software, you can be eligible for a full refund according to Refund Conditions outlined below. However, we are convinced that most of refunds can be avoided if you request professional help from our Customer Support.

Refund Conditions

Settle your doubts using My Spy application! Simply download this software and keep track on all activities on their phones.

My Spy software

Subject to this Refund Policy conditions, you may be eligible to receive a full refund within 10 days following the day of your purchase provided your reasons don't contradict with the Refund Policy conditions.
No refund will be available after this refund period is over.
The refund may apply only to the primary (first) My Spy subscription.
If you own more than one subscription, no refund will be available.
Your money may be refunded only once. If you buy another My Spy subscription at a later time, this will not be subject to a refund request.
No refund is due if the customer refuses to upgrade the My Spy version in the event of performed upgrade on the target phone.

Premium Support Services

mSpy offers Premium Support Services for customers seeking a highly personalized level of technical assistance (help with Android rooting, phone support, etc.). This optional service is non-refundable and costs $9.99 (one-time payment). Customers that do not select mSpy Premium Support at the checkout will continue to have access to the standard mSpy support options, offered at no additional charge.

Force majeure

No refund can be granted to My Spy customers in case their reasons for a refund are completely beyond our control. They are the following:

  • The target phone doesn't have Internet access any longer (no money left on the target phone account, temporary service interruption, roaming-related problem etc).
  • If the carrier is changed by a target phone user which leads to the loss of internet connectivity and consequently improper functioning of My Spy application.
  • Update of operational system.
  • Where the target device uses an unsupported operating system.
  • Resetting to original factory settings.
  • A customer doesn't follow the installation guidelines of our customer support team.
  • The customer does not have an access to the target phone.
  • If the customer didn't receive the previous data because My Spy hasn't been installed onto the target device initially.
  • Where the target device uses an unsupported operating system. These include: Symbian Belle, Windows Phone, BlackBerry 10 or Bada
  • If the customer cannot utilize the software due to the jailbreak absence, no refund can be applied.
  • If the customer counted on using My Spy on more than one target device after buying one subscription plan.
  • Personal reasons ("I've changed my mind", "I've made a purchase by mistake", etc.).
  • A customer is either unable or unwilling to jailbreak their iPhone.
  • If a customer is not able to use WhatsApp, Skype, Viber features because the target Android deviсe is not rooted.

Refund Procedure

You are required to send your refund request to Billing Dpt. at We do not accept refund requests made via a Live Chat or by phone. The refund decision is generally made within one or two business days.
